A day at the Races

Racing to raise dollars! Will you be there?

The Annual Charity Race Day is on again…

A day at the races is a perfect way to thoroughly enjoy yourself while you support the Samuel Morris Foundation. Share an afternoon of horse racing with your friends and colleagues, have a few drinks and participate in a range of activities to raise money to help kids with brain injuries!

Thursday 4th of August is the date and we would love to have you join us at the beautiful Hawkesbury Race Club at Clarendon and participate in our race to raise to dollars!

 

Book and individual ticket or table

Individual tickets are $135 or you can gather 9 of your friends and book a table for the discounted price of $1300.

Your ticket includes entry to the racecourse, a delicious gourmet lunch, a drinks package (beer, wine, champagne and soft-drinks) from midday until the running of the last race at Hawkesbury (approx 5 hours)

Sponsor a Race!

There are a limited number of Sponsorship Opportunities available….. You can sponsor a race and you will receive:

  • Naming rights to one of the races
  • Your company logo displayed at the winning post for the race you sponsor
  • A table of 10 for you to bring along your key staff, clients or customers
  • Beer, wine, champagne and soft-drinks for you and your guests for approximately 5 hours
  • Your company logo and hyperlink prominently displayed on our homepage
  • Table signage featuring your company logo
  • Dedicated blog posting featuring your company logo and your product/services  as well as highlighting your support of the Samuel Morris Foundation
  • Your company logo displayed on the bottom of all Samuel Morris Foundation blog updates for a period of six months
  • Full page advertisement in the Race Day book produced by Hawkesbury Race Club
  • Photo opportunity with the winning horse and drinks with the winning horses connections in the “Winners Bar”
  • Your advertising / promotional material distributed to everyone attending the race day function
